During this beginner course you will learn to greet people, introduce yourself, give information about yourself and ask questions to others, ask for the price of something, describe objects and enter personal information on a form. You will work on pronunciation, fluency, listening to the different types of German, formulating questions and reading small texts. You’ll also work on grammar, syntax and vocabulary expansion.

German level 2

During this course we focus on speaking and listening skills. You will learn about German culture, practice pronunciation and make phone calls. The topics that will be covered include making an appointment, telling the time, shopping, describing your activities, nightlife and cooking. Your listening skills are practiced with the help of CDs. Grammar includes the present and past tense.

The themes that are addressed in this course include family life, holidays, birthdays and congratulating people, restaurants and food, the past and typical German habits. You’ll expand your vocabulary and we practice pronunciation and fluency. You’ll learn to make orders online, compare prices and complete a difficult form.  We continue working on syntax and grammar.
